PYX4 has already convinced Orange, Areva, Demathieu & Bard, DP WORLD, EDF ENR, the Bank of France, the Ministry of Defence, BIM in motion and many small and medium-sized businesses and agile companies

The PYX4 software suite is based on 4 modules:

• PYX4 Process : Modelling and graphical description of processes
• PYX4 Improver: Management of the continuous improvement process
• PYX4 Risk : Risk and opportunity management
• PYX4 Store : Harmonisation of organisational practices

Resolutely focused on innovation, PYX4 develops the application according to a multi-entity architecture that relies on modern, high-performance technologies (Ruby on rails, React, etc.). This suite is differentiated by its ergonomics and intuitive handling.

As part of the development of its Canadian structure, PYX4 is recruiting several Full Stack developers who will enrich a development team operating in agile mode (SCRUM).

The position:

Joining our team based in the 7th district of Lyon, you will be responsible for :

• Ensure the successful implementation of the solution at our clients’ sites through support/training services.
• Maintain a relationship of trust with our customers to ensure that the solution meets their business needs.
• Account manager for part of the customer base.
• Propose solutions to their problems, in particular via upsell proposals or additional support as account manager.
• Supporting the sales team, you will bring the business dimension to the sale by carrying out demonstrations and offering support to maximise the prospect’s chances of success.
• Maintain a relationship of trust with our customers to ensure that the solution meets their business needs.
• Develop the sale of the Business Unit’s services.
• Participate in the development of content published on our social media on Pyx4’s fields of expertise.
• Participate in the high-level specification of the solution. Validate that the solutions implemented in the software suite meet the clients’ needs.
• Fully aware of business trends and new client issues, participate in the prioritization of developments
  

Your profile:

• BAC+5 or equivalent
• > 8 years experience
• Significant experience (+ 5 years) as a BPM / RISK consultant
• Good knowledge of Quality/Performance/Internal Control personas
• You put the success of the team before your own

Possibility of telecommuting <–

Your place of residence does not require the need to be in the Lyon area, a presence at the agency every 15 days will however be recommended
