The personal data relating to the User, collected directly through the forms and indirectly during their navigation to and on the Site, and all future information, are only intended for the exclusive use of the Publisher, as well as, if necessary, of the other PYX4 companies responsible for the distribution of PYX4 services, depending on the geographical location of the User, within the framework of the implementation of the services offered to the users on the Site, as well as for the establishment of statistics for internal use, and are not the object of any communication or transfer to third parties, other than the technical service providers in charge of the management of the Site, which are held to respect the confidentiality of the information and to use it only for the very precise operation for which they must intervene.

This file is only accessible by the management, the marketing and sales staff within PYX4.

2. Consent and Processing of your personal data

By ticking the mandatory consent box before submitting each form on the www.pyx4.com website (“I authorise PYX4 to contact me in a personalised manner about its services. Your personal data will never be communicated to third parties”) you explicitly authorise the storage and processing of your data for the purpose of informing you of our services or business information.

You authorise :

• A PYX4 advisor to contact you for any commercial relationship

• The marketing department to send you personalised information about our services

• Our Behavioural Marketing solution (Hubspot) We use the Hubspot marketing platform to track visitors’ navigation on the site, collect information on their preferences and manage the forms on the site. Hubspot records information about the pages you visit, the duration of your visit, the pages you came from, etc. The expiration date indicated below represents the life span of a cookie on your browser, knowing that when it expires, and if the User connects again to the Site, a new cookie will be automatically placed on the User’s computer. This behavioural data is pyx4-stored within the European Union.

accompanied by a copy of an identity document. Ideally, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

On site at our offices: with proof of identity. The CNIL specifies: “You may be accompanied by the person of your choice. The consultation must last long enough to take note conveniently and completely. It is possible to request a copy of the data”.

The person responsible for the file has a maximum response time of 2 months from the date of the request, whether it is made by post or in person. The CNIL specifies: “If the request is incomplete (e.g. absence of an identity document), the controller of the file is entitled to ask for additional information: the deadline is then suspended and will run again once these elements have been provided”.

3.2) Modification of your subscriptions

You can also freely modify your subscriptions to our communications by clicking on “Modify my preferences” at the bottom of each of our communications sent by e-mail.

To unsubscribe from all PYX4 communications, you must click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. You can then choose to:
